VOTING PROCESS – Ballots will be mailed to all eligible voters for whom we have a current address, on Tuesday, August 2, 2011.  If you have recently changed your address, or have had trouble receiving information from the Local or Council 2 in the past, please contact Stacy in the Olympia office (1-800-311-9713 or 360-438-7443)to get your address corrected immediately.

Copies of the Tentative Agreement will be emailed to all members for whom we have a current email address.  Copies will also be sent to the Steward in each Library facility for your access.

You will receive very specific instructions with your Ballot.  Your vote will not be counted if these instructions are not followed.  Ballots must be received by WSCCCE Council 2 by 5:00 pm on August 12, 2011.

The ballots will be counted in an open meeting at the WSCCCE Office in Olympia on Monday August 15, 2011 at 12:00 noon.
